What does the PETSFIT warranty cover?

For products purchased through authorized PETSFIT dealers, manufacturer defects due to poor workmanship, hardware, or material defects are covered.

What does the PETSFIT warranty not cover?

All products purchased through authorized dealers are covered by a manufacturing defect warranty. If your PETSFIT product is damaged through normal (or abnormal) wear and tear, you may not qualify for a warranty replacement, but we offer a product replacement for a small fee.

Products damaged by accidental use are not covered by the lifetime warranty. For example, if our backpack is scratched by a sharp object due to improper handling, etc.

How does the PETSFIT warranty work?

Please contact customer service with the details of the product defect. If the claim meets our warranty guidelines, we will ship you a replacement product free of charge (North America and Europe only). If you experience a problem with your product outside of Europe or the US, please contact our customer service center at support@petsfit.com. We will reimburse you at the same price.

Replacement Service

Product failures due to normal wear and tear, abuse, accidents, animal damage, or natural breakdown of materials due to long-term use may be replaced for a small fee. For more information, see our Replacement Policy.
