At PETSFIT, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing time, shipping coverage, available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and other important delivery-related information.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • public holidays
  • promotional periods
  • peak shopping seasons
  • unusually high order volume

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. 

Shipping Fulfillment Locations

PETSFIT operates with inventory across multiple warehouse locations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and China.

Whenever possible, orders are fulfilled from the warehouse closest to the shipping address. However, fulfillment location may vary depending on:

  • inventory availability
  • parcel size and product type
  • destination country
  • warehouse operating capacity

In some cases, an order may be shipped from a different warehouse than expected in order to complete fulfillment.

These orders are fulfilled from our China warehouse.

  • Standard Shipping only (packages up to 3kg) — $9.99

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 7–10 business days

Important Delivery Notes

All delivery estimates above are provided after order processing and do not include the 1–2 business days processing time.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • customs clearance
  • local carrier delays
  • public holidays
  • severe weather
  • remote destination routing
  • peak season volume
  • other unforeseen logistics disruptions

Warehouse Availability and Stock Allocation

PETSFIT uses globally synchronized inventory across multiple warehouses. While we aim to ship from the nearest available warehouse, some products may not be stocked locally at the time of fulfillment.

If an item is unavailable in the closest warehouse, we may:

  • ship it from another warehouse when possible
  • contact you regarding an alternative option
  • offer a replacement or refund if fulfillment is not possible

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

  • some carriers may take 2–5 business days to update tracking information
  • if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us

 Split Shipments

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped separately.

This may happen when:

  • products are fulfilled from different warehouses
  • products require different shipping arrangements
  • some items are available earlier than others

If an order is split into multiple shipments, each shipment will receive its own tracking information.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If delivery fails due to:

  • an incorrect address
  • an incomplete address
  • refusal of delivery
  • failure to receive the parcel

Additional shipping charges or handling fees may apply before reshipment can be arranged, if reshipment is available.

PETSFIT will not ship on the following dates. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

  • Christmas (December 22nd - 25th)
  • Day after Christmas
