Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect item sent, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.
  • If the return is for other reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.

Full refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Exchange Policy If you need to exchange an item, please follow the above return process to request a return and then place a new order for the desired item.

Special Cases If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photos and detailed information about the damage so that we can handle it promptly.
