Order Handling Time
Typically, we process orders within 1-2 business days upon receipt. Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand.
Shipping Location
Our overseas warehouses are located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and China. Countries in North America, Asia, and Europe will find the nearest warehouse to ship the order based on the address of the order. (Note: Our store is globally synchronized inventory, resulting in some products ordered not being in stock locally, requiring you to replace the product or refund!)
Transportation method
We offer the following three modes of transportation
Free shipping: North America is the main area because other areas of overseas warehouses with different logistics are not provided.
Standard shipping: local ordinary postal and other logistics service providers.
Expedited shipping: FedEx, DHL, and other couriers.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “No information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
